Due to COVID-19 , you may experience delayed shipping . We ask for your patience as it relates to the delivery of your packages . We do apologize for any inconvenience as we want to ensure timely arrival.

Our goal is for you to receive your package as soon as possible . As The Jammie Shop is a small business we ask that you please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing & 7 to 10 business days for delivery(depending on your country or region)Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided on your order with tracking info.

 ***Processing times does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays may impact delivery times.***

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.
Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at contact@thejammieshop.com  if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns:
Return policy- Because onesies and lingerie are considered intimates, there are absolutely no exchanges or refunds. ALL sales are final.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

'The Jammie Shop' is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team .

 

Ordering-To ensure your package is properly delivered and received in a timely manner, please make sure your address is fully entered in and correct. If you realize that you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to successfully fulfill your request and change the address.

If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with your courier. We are not responsible for packages that state delivered and do not issue refunds or replace products.  The Jammie Shop is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise.

Cancellations- Orders are filled as soon as possible , in the order received. We are only able to cancel an order if it hasn't been fulfilled.

Damages- Please report any damages by email within 24hrs of delivery. All email correspondence can be sent to contact@thejammieshop.com .
